Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns work at Universal Tribe Records.

Change of mind

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return if you've simply changed your mind, no reason needed. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at admin@universaltriberecords.com within this window and we'll provide return shipping instructions. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed once we've received and inspected the returned item, typically within 5-7 business days.

Faulty, damaged, or misprinted items

Since our merchandise is made to order, faulty or damaged items are handled differently. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at admin@universaltriberecords.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. You won't need to return the item, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund once we've reviewed the photo.

What's not covered

Minor variations in print colour or placement, normal wear from washing, or damage caused after delivery aren't eligible for return or replacement.

EU and UK customers

In line with EU and UK consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as outlined above under Change of mind.
